Sarah Brazeal

Sarah Brazeal is a full time real estate agent licensed in the state of Oregon. She specializes in helping her clients with buying and selling properties in Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, Salem, Keizer, Turner, Aumsville, Stayton, Jefferson, Albany, Lebanon, Sweet Home, Scio, Corvallis, Philomath and surrounding areas in the Mid-Willamette Valley. She is qualified and capable of helping clients with the purchase and sale of residential real estate with a special interest in investment properties, 1031 exchanges and short term rentals. As a long time resident of Oregon, she is also very helpful with families looking to relocate to the area.

Sarah Brazeal grew up in the Portland area and after graduating high school, Sarah Brazeal earned her Bachelors degree from Western Oregon University in Community Health Education and became a CNA for Salem Hospital. During this time, she was put in the float pool where she was assigned to the area of the hospital that needed her assistance the most. Her natural ability to adapt and adjust with a calm and decisive demeanor to new circumstances has proven invaluable to her clients as she guides them through the various transactions throughout their milestones in life. Her genuine desire to help people was nurtured throughout her time in health care and she grew to realize that many of the skills that she learned in that industry were a smooth segue into real estate.
